The following are potential issues and recommendations how to resolve these issues:
1) “I am unable to complete my flu coupon registration to print my coupon.”
A. Incorrect Employee Number – Some companies require the employee to enter their employee number as verification. If this is the case, it is possible that you may have entered your employee number different from the one provided to InHouse Physicians by your HR department. It is also possible that your employee number may include zeros as the first few digits. In either case, please check your records to be sure you are entering your number correctly.
B. No Email Address – An email address needs to be entered during registration. However, some employees do not have their own email address. In this case, a designated supervisor/manager has been assigned to register employees to print off flu coupons. If the supervisor had already used their own email address to register himself or herself, the supervisor’s email address cannot be used again. The supervisor needs to enter the employees name and use the company domain name (i.e. @xyzcompany.com) to print off coupons for other employees.
C. Entering Spaces – Be sure you have not included spaces before or after your employee ID, name, etc. The coupon will not print if you inadvertently entered spaces.
D. Incorrect Spelling of Company Name – Verify you have spelled your company name correctly.
E. Web Security Block – The web page may be blocked by your computer’s security software. You may need to click the pop-up bar to install the active-x control.
2) “I have misplaced my flu coupon that I printed. Can I reprint the flu coupon?”
Yes. You are allowed to reprint your flu coupon one time.
3) “I am unable to print my flu coupon again. I am locked out.”
You are only allowed to reprint your flu coupon one time. If you try to reprint your coupon more than once, you will be locked out. If this occurs, please email us at support@ihphysicians.com
4) “If I printed my coupon from one pharmacy can I switch pharmacies and print a new one?”
Unfortunately not. You are only allowed to print a coupon from ONE pharmacy.
5) “Do I need to bring any ID with me when I get my flu shot?”
You need to bring your flu coupon and proof of employment or driver’s license.
6) “Is there any out of pocket expense at the time I get my flu shot?”
No. The flu coupon entitles the bearer to receive one FREE flu shot.
