ST. CHARLES, IL – InHouse Physicians, S.C. (IHP) has announced the launch of the Sloan Family Health Center for Sloan Valve in Franklin, Illinois. IHP, a leading provider of health solutions worldwide, partnered with Sloan to provide a professional medical team to run the onsite clinic.
The development of an onsite health center began in 2010, when Chuck Allen, Executive Chairman of Sloan, brought the idea to Sloan’s VP of Global Resources. After determining the scope of the project, Sloan selected IHP to run the clinic and administer convenient and cost-effective medical care.
Jonathan Spero, M.D., CEO of InHouse Physicians says, “InHouse Physicians is pleased to have been chosen as the worksite clinic provider for Sloan. Our mutual corporate cultures align very well, and we both have a shared vision of transforming the delivery of healthcare for Sloan employees and dependents to a value based system.”
An IHP midlevel provider and medical assistant will be delivering value based care to employees and dependents weekdays and Saturdays. The services will also include price transparency, patient advocacy, narrow network of high performance providers, on site pharmacy, population health management and wellness programing.
Chuck Allen states, “This is an exciting time for Sloan. The new clinic provides us with the opportunity to be an industry leader in providing medical care to our employees and family members. Bottom line, it’s all about better health for our employees!”
Sloan’s partnership with IHP to launch the Sloan Family Health Center allows for Sloan to continue being innovative leaders and employers, as they and IHP strive to set the standard for employee health and wellness.
