InHouse Physicians launches Wellness for the Road Warrior™. One particular profile who struggles for wellness is the Corporate Traveler.  This has become a growing problem as business travel continues to increase at a rate of 15% per year. In short, wellness comes down to how individuals adapt to both internal and external elements with the goal of keeping their personal health and well being in tact. This is particularly important for the Corporate Traveler faced with added wear and tear on the body, disturbed sleeping cycles, poor nutritional choices, and a grueling work schedule. This program’s goal is to provide employees with a practical guide to achieving wellness under these conditions. Employees now have a set of tools that will guide them to acquiring the necessary skills to manage energy more effectively, enhance flexibility and resilience, and master the art of engagement. The end result is “total wellness” for the individual and an improved bottom line for the organization.

------PRESS RELEASE------

CR Certification Corporation (“CardioReady”) Launches New Service Targeting Fortune
500 Companies To Help Extend Their Duty Of Care To Employees While On the Road

In partnership with InHouse Physicians, a leading global provider of medical support services,
CardioReady delivers the ability for meeting planners to protect their company’s most important
asset …its employees.

Philadelphia, PA - June 4, 2008 - CardioReady a leading provider of independent monitoring
and essential lifesaving programs today announced CardioReady by Event, the first product of its
kind that would allow corporations and meeting planners to provide on-site medical
representation devoted to the health and safety of their meeting attendees in the event of a sudden
cardiac arrest (SCA) incident or other health related issues.

“In order to assist Fortune 500 companies in ensuring the health and well-being of their
employees, customers and guests at corporate meetings, CardioReady has introduced its new
CardioReady by Event service which provides a paramedic as well as AED and other emergency
medical equipment to respond to medical emergencies including Sudden Cardiac Arrest, said
Chris Adderton, President and CEO of CardioReady. “Going Green by using meeting facilities
including hotels which are Green is very important to preserve our natural resources, but
assuring that a company’s most import resource, its people, are protected in case of a medical
emergency should be one of any company’s highest priorities.”

CardioReady’s partner StarCite, Inc., which has an extensive client base of Fortune 500
companies in the corporate meeting market, is promoting the use of CardioReady programs with
its clientele. Most Fortune 500 companies today feel an obligation to provide a Standard of Care
when their employees travel comparable to what they provide at their own facilities.
CardioReady by Event provides StarCite’s clientele with opportunity to assure that their
meetings are covered by onsite medical emergency medical care and equipment including AEDs
consistent with “best practices” and corporate policy.

”The simple fact is that corporate meetings and travel cost money, representing the 3rd largest
expense on corporate P&Ls, and at best generating an ambiguous return on investment,”
confirms Dr. Jonathan Spero, President and CEO of InHouse Physicians. “By ensuring onsite
medical support and the necessary lifesaving equipment are on-hand at meetings and events, as
provided by CardioReady by Event a company mitigates lost opportunity costs from attendee
absenteeism – from both the sick or injured and those that bear the responsibility of assisting
them. Couple that with the real cost of an ER visit and an average of six valuable hours wasted in
a hospital waiting room, and it’s not hard to understand why these services are viewed as
productivity and bottom-line enhancers. In addition, the employee satisfaction generated from this
outward show of corporate goodwill demonstrates that a company truly understands its duty of care.”
