Through our partnership with MedEX, InHouse Physicians can now offer our clients access to a proprietary network of global resources. This network offers our clients more than 43,000 provider resources with over three decades of experience. These providers consist of medical facilities, security providers, emergency evacuation partners and other resources. Through this network, InHouse Physicians can provide global assistance to any traveler, in any location, at any time. Below is an overview of the capabilities and service offering.

-Call Center is staffed by experienced nurses with physician back-up, the call center offers employees 24 hour a day, 7 day a week access to real time medical assistance.

-Provider Referrals offers recommendations regarding hospitals, physician specialists, urgent care centers, and other provider locations that best meet the employee’s specific medical situation. If the employee can not be transported, we will dispatch an appropriate medical provider to the employee.

-Monitoring of Treatment via our nurse coordinators will allow continuous monitoring of cases and provide you with real time updates. In addition, physician advisors will review and analyze the care plan and quality of care and make recommendations as necessary.

-Emergency Medical Evacuation in the event of an employee injury or illness that requires medical care beyond the scope of local resources,  medical evacuation arrangements will be made to the closest medical center with appropriate resources.

-Worldwide Destination Intelligence provides pertinent, destination specific health information regarding health risks, immunizations, exit or entry requirements, and other health related matters. We have detailed information for over 170 countries and over 280 cities. This information is continuously updated.
