Worksite Health Centers

InHouse Physicians’ worksite health center services can add value to your organization by reducing employer healthcare costs, driving employee productivity, and enhancing your employee retention and recruitment efforts. Until recently, workplace healthcare was only affordable to the largest employer groups in America. Now InHouse Physicians’ innovative worksite health centers have changed the rules of engagement allowing employers with work sites, as few as 250 employees, to realize a return on their investment in Year 1.

 

Flu Vaccinations

IHP’s nationwide flu vaccination program provides our clients and their employees with the convenient administration of flu shots at the workplace. For remote employees that are geographically dispersed, IHP’s flu coupon program allows employees to print a flu coupon online and redeem their coupon for a flu vaccination at any of the partners participating stores nationwide.

 

 

Medical Support for Meetings

For meetings, events or other domestic and international offsite activities, InHouse Physicians ensures your company, employees and guests have access to onsite medical representation that is equivalent to a U.S. standard of care. InHouse Physicians’ on-site medical personnel consist of board certified or board equivalent qualified physicians, nurses and paramedics dedicated to your group 24 hours a day. Biometric Screenings

Most health risk assessment programs rely only on self-reported laboratory data to create an employee health risk profile. Self reported health data is often inaccurate and can lead to faulty risk assessments and misdirected action plans for employees. IHP addresses this issue by offering cost effective, biometric screening that can be performed as part of the health risk assessment.
