ST. CHARLES, IL—InHouse Physicians, S.C. (IHP) today announced the re-launch of a state of the art worksite health center in Scottsboro, Alabama for the employees and dependents of Maples industries. Approximately 2600 employees and dependents will be eligible to utilize the clinic. IHP’s worksite health center is designed as a powerful cost containment tool for Maples’ healthcare costs. The clinic was previously managed by another worksite vendor and InHouse Physicians was invited to “re-engineer” and assume management of the clinic with the next generation of cost containment tools. The worksite health center will offer a number of services including population health management, ambulatory care, primary care, patient centered medical home model, price transparency, health coaching, pharmacy, creation of high performance provider networks, bundled case rates, and targeted wellness programs.
The selection criteria identified by Maples included a vendor who offered cutting-edge cost containment strategies, wellness services, and the ability to disrupt and improve the way healthcare is delivered to their members in the local medical community.
