Field Manager provides clinical and administrative direction to clinicians and support staff. Under the direction of the Account Manager, develops, modifies and executes project policies, ensuring all team members are in compliance. Analyzes daily, weekly, and monthly reports for performance measurement and efficiencies. Creates action plans based on data trends to enhance staff performance and overall project quality.

  • Daily observation notes for at least 3 sites
  • Daily QNS review
  • Monthly evaluations for quality trends
  • Attend one monthly meeting with other field manager
  • Weekly team meeting with Leads (Team Captains)
  • Coordinating directly with service coordinator on scheduling daily
  • Managing and resolving all clinical/tech support calls
  • Notices/Emails to staff
  • Coordinating supply delivery and courier pick ups with Logistics Manager
  • Assist in Training of New Staff (once notified of start date, reaching out to them, reviewing scheduling, apps related to work etc)
  • Counseling of staff
  • Escalation of issues to Account Manager
