Location: Naperville

Schedule of Position:
Monday thru Friday: Full-Time, flexible hours needed
Job Description:
Detail Orientated, Flexible, Administrative Assistant
Duties include:
- Entering and tracking all clinic details in CMS
- Contracting subcontractors for onsite teams
- Booking travel for all onsite teams
- Managing all tech devices for each event, including precon and post-event management via FormStack
- Downloading all data on a nightly basis for events
- Assist Account Managers as needed
Essential Skills:
- 5 years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant
- Very tech savvy and able to use Apple devices and Windows
- Self-starter
- Good written communications skills and dependable
- Experience in event planning or hospitality industry a plus
