Schedule of Position:  

Monday thru Friday: Full-Time, flexible hours needed

 

Job Description:

Detail Orientated, Flexible, Administrative Assistant

Duties include:

  • Entering and tracking all clinic details in CMS
  • Contracting subcontractors for onsite teams
  • Booking travel for all onsite teams
  • Managing all tech devices for each event, including precon and post-event management via FormStack
  • Downloading all data on a nightly basis for events
  • Assist Account Managers as needed

Essential Skills:

  • 5 years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant
  • Very tech savvy and able to use Apple devices and Windows
  • Self-starter
  • Good written communications skills and dependable
  • Experience in event planning or hospitality industry a plus
