We are looking for an HR Administrative Assistant to join our team! Responsibilities may include but are not limited to, managing HR documents, corresponding with recruitment team, onboarding, organizing trainings, updating company policies and ensuring they comply with labor laws.
· Maintaining internal records, which may include preparing, issuing and filing company documentation
· Corresponding with prospective employees in a timely manner.
· On-board new employees.
· Implement company culture, values and policies.
· Accurately maintain employee files.
· Conduct and document exit interviews.
· Check accuracy of hours, profit share, garnishments etc. before payroll is processed by the Payroll Specialist
· Previous experience in Human Resources or other related fields.
· Excellent telephone, verbal, and written communication skills.
· Ability to build rapport with all employees.
· Strong organizational skills.
· The ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
· Must be approachable and helpful.
