You must live in the greater Los Angeles area to be considered for this position. The position allows for you to work remotely as long as you live in the L.A. area.

As an Account Manager for our Meeting and Events Division, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and staff to ensure a successful Program for each Client. Along with overseeing all aspects of assigned Programs and Events; the position will also be responsible for:

  • High level of involvement in operations at client Programs where we provide Emergency and Risk Management Medical Services
  • On- going evaluation of processes in order to maximize utilization of supplies and staffing availability
  • Provide solutions for routine and special client requests
  • Heavy involvement in logistics and details for Client Programs, including supplies and staff for each Program.


  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 years of Meeting and Event Planning experience a plus
  • 2 to 3 years experience in account management
  • Travel on a monthly basis may be required


  • Ability to work independently under the guidance of the Director
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Ability to work from home.
