Tracy Harden, PMD

Tracy is a seasoned healthcare professional with almost 24 years of experience in the field. Her diverse background includes 12 years in Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and Fire, before transitioning to the role of Critical Care Flight Paramedic. As a Flight Paramedic, she spent 8 years on rotor aircraft and an additional 2 years on international fixed-wing aircraft.



Her passion for education is evident through her dedication to teaching and continuing education. Tracy holds numerous specialty instructor and provider certifications, to stay current with the latest advancements in the field.

Tracy's commitment revolves around seamlessly blending her medical expertise with exceptional customer service. Her focus on coordinating personalized care plans for clients' programs reflects a dedication to delivering high-quality and tailored healthcare services.
