How event medical staffing works

1. Risk assessment: we start with your event — headcount, attendee profile, venue, program length and distance to the nearest emergency department. That tells us what level of coverage you actually need.
2. Staffing plan: you receive a written staffing plan within 24 hours, setting out the physicians, nurses and paramedics on site, their hours and where they will be positioned.
3. On-site care: our team treats attendees on site for everything from minor illness to urgent care, so people stay at your event instead of spending hours in a local ER.
4. Emergency coordination: if someone needs hospital care, we stabilize them and coordinate the handoff with local emergency services directly, so your event team is not managing it.
5. After the event: you receive a summary of what was treated and any follow-up needed. Patient details stay confidential.
